Q: How do I log into my account?
A: Logging into your account is now easier than ever before! You can access the log in screen here. Use your email address and your password associated with your Season Ticket Holder Account! If you have any additional questions please call our Box Office at (631) 261-2900.
Q: How many vouchers do I have for the Special Event Series?
A: You can find this information out by accessing your account under the “Ticket Package” Tab or call our Box Office (631) 261-2900
Q: How many vouchers do I get for the Special Event Series?
A: If you have renewed with us this year you will receive 4 vouchers per person.
Q: When do my Special Event Vouchers Expire:
A: Vouchers will be valid for Season in which they are issued. The 2019 – 2020 Season ends with Anything Goes on June 28, 2020.
Q: When does the 2019/2020 Season Start?
A: The 2019/2020 season starts in July 2019, with Saturday Night Fever, but we are now accepting Renewal Cards and selling new season tickets!
Q: How do I renew my membership?
A: Glad you asked! To renew your membership please mail in your Renewal Card that you received in the mail or call the Box Office at (631) 261-2900. You can also visit us during your next show or stop by the Box Office if you are in town!
Q: When are Renewals Due?
A: We will begin accepting 2019/2020 renewals soon.
Q: Do you offer a Payment Plan for Season Ticket Holders?
A: Yes we do. This is available and separates your payment into three installments. Call the Box Office to discuss this option.Please call us at (631) 261-2900
Q: Can I change my tickets to another night?
A: Of course! One of the many benefits of being a Season Ticket Holder is you are able to change your seats if you have a conflict.* If you are not feeling well, have a prior engagement or something came up, we would be more than happy to assist you with finding a more preferred date for that production. *If moving to a Saturday night from any other performance time, there will be an up charge of $5 per ticket.
Q: If I have a conflict, can I move my tickets to a different show?
A: If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance or any other performance of that production, you may move your tickets into another show within the same season. Tickets cannot be transferred from one season to another.
Q: Do I receive discounts for additional Main Stage Tickets?
A: Certainly! As a Season Ticket Holder, you will receive $10 off the original ticket price for Main Stage tickets! Please call our Box Office at (631) 261-2900 to book your seats.
Q: Do I receive discounts for Children’s Theater Tickets?
A: Yes, of course! As a Season Ticket Holders, you receive 20% off the ticket price for Children’s Theater tickets. Please call our Box Office at (631) 261-2900 to book your seats.
Q: Can I buy additional tickets to the Special Event Series Shows?
A: Yes, of course! As a Season Ticket Holders, additional tickets are available at a reduced cost. Please call our Box Office at (631) 261-2900 to book your seats.
